Verde Plakarq Shop blends architecture and nature to create living spaces that inspire.
Through green walls, rooftop gardens, and eco-education, the brand promotes sustainability and design harmony in every project
Rodrigo Plakarq, founder and creative director of Verde Plakarq Shop, started his journey transforming architecture into living ecosystems.
What began as a passion for design and sustainability evolved into a multidisciplinary company that builds green walls, eco gardens, and urban nature projects across Mexico.
His vision connects people, architecture, and the environment — inspiring others to create a more sustainable and aesthetic world.

My Life with coffee
Verde Plakarq Shop began as a vision to merge architecture, ecology, and education into one sustainable movement. Founded by architect Rodrigo Plakarq, the studio transformed from a local design firm into a national reference in green innovation. Over the years, it has led pioneering projects in vertical gardens, green roofs, and biophilic design, redefining how cities interact with nature. Each creation seeks not only aesthetic harmony but also environmental impact—reducing heat, improving air quality, and bringing biodiversity back into urban life.
Through years of research and hands-on experience, the company expanded beyond construction to education, offering workshops and online courses that promote urban greening and sustainable living. This evolution marked the birth of Verde Plakarq Shop, an online platform that connects design, sustainability, and commerce—bridging the gap between eco-conscious creators and the general public.
Today, Verde Plakarq Shop continues to grow as a symbol of green entrepreneurship, inspiring individuals and institutions to build with purpose and live in balance with the environment..
As Verde Plakarq Shop grew, its mission evolved from simply designing green spaces to shaping a new culture of sustainability in cities. The team began collaborating with universities, public institutions, and private developers to integrate ecological thinking into every stage of urban planning. Their projects—ranging from vertical gardens that reduce the heat-island effect to rooftop orchards and educational biowalls—demonstrate that design can be both beautiful and restorative. Each project tells a story of regeneration, transforming ordinary structures into living ecosystems that inspire communities to protect the planet.
The company’s educational branch, LIMSU Plakarq, became a cornerstone of its philosophy. Through workshops, technical training, and online courses, it empowers architects, students, and citizens to adopt sustainable practices in their own spaces. These learning experiences are complemented by the online store, where people can find organic fertilizers, cultivation modules, and eco-materials to bring sustainability into everyday life. Verde Plakarq Shop thus connects theory with practice, offering tangible tools to build greener homes and cities.
Innovation has always guided its path. By combining scientific research with creative design, Verde Plakarq Shop has developed efficient systems for irrigation, substrate formulation, and plant nutrition—products like the organic crab-shell fertilizer (Harina de Jaiba) that close nutrient cycles naturally. This commitment to circular economy principles not only strengthens environmental resilience but also supports local economies by promoting responsible production and distribution across Mexico.
